WIth more than 35 years' experience in human resources, I help organisations navigate complex people issues with confidence, clarity and sound judgement.

As a former HR Director and Executive Director of People and Culture, I have worked with organisations ranging from small charities and businesses to large, complex and highly regulated employers. Throughout my career I have specialised in employee relations, organisational change and workplace investigations.

Clients value my practical, no-nonsense approach, combining a deep understanding of employment law and HR practice with the ability to identify potential issues, anticipate likely outcomes and find workable solutions to difficult problems.

I am known for bringing clarity to complex situations, helping leaders and managers make informed decisions while balancing legal, operational and people considerations.
